We only saw another couple when in the changing area so it was like we had the place to ourselves. If I were to improve anything, it would be to not have the smoke machine going while in the one bath, it was noisy and took away some of the peace and atmosphere.”

“Pros: Wonderful staff. Beautiful building. Great facilities. Incredibly relaxing atmosphere inside. Teas were lovely. Massage and Kessa were great. Changing facilities were excellent and had soaps, shampoos, conditioners, creams etc. everything you needed. Nothing felt rushed and I wish I lived there! Cons: my mum doesn’t have great eyesight and found it difficult to see the edges of the stairs up and and down to the massage/tea area.”
