“Interesting commentary and fairly easy access. On one orange bus, eight rows of seats had no sound, broken!! Another inconvenient time to be on the bus was shift changes!!! The exchange points between busses was very helpful. The ticket person was always friendly and helpful.”

People were on the stairs and they started driving- kind of a safety issue. There was very little interaction between the person who was taking the tickets or the crowd. Everything was done on the headphones. It would’ve been nice to have more interaction even if it was a hello and goodbye..”

“There were multiple busses running in Palma, and that was great. There was very little waiting. The buses were comfortable and cool. The ear buds worked well. There was one bus that had a really loud AC or fan that was aggravating, so we moved to the top level under the shaded cover, and that was cooler than below. The main complaint is the amount of traffic, which was simply unavoidable. We would definitely take this tour again because of the convenience and variety. The recorded audio track was easy to understand and hear.”

“Poorly planed out. Busses stop for excessive time at some stops. Mere seconds at others. No time given to “transfer” between routes as busses drive away. “Live arrivals” time from the app is groesly incorrect. I’ve been at a stop for nearly 20 minutes and the next service has been 2 minutes away all the time.”
