“There were multiple busses running in Palma, and that was great. There was very little waiting. The buses were comfortable and cool. The ear buds worked well. There was one bus that had a really loud AC or fan that was aggravating, so we moved to the top level under the shaded cover, and that was cooler than below. The main complaint is the amount of traffic, which was simply unavoidable. We would definitely take this tour again because of the convenience and variety. The recorded audio track was easy to understand and hear.”

No time given to “transfer” between routes as busses drive away. “Live arrivals” time from the app is groesly incorrect. I’ve been at a stop for nearly 20 minutes and the next service has been 2 minutes away all the time.”

“A good overview of Las Palmas and the buses we used were running on time (though we had a little difficulty locating the first stop initially as the original start point was inaccessible.) The staff were friendly and the bus was clean. Some of the headphone sockets were falling off and/or didn’t work but it wasn’t too busy so we were able to move around.”
