“The museum itself was fun but logistics to get the tickets were a pain! We were staying in gothic quarter and to get tickets we had to Uber to a bus station to pick them up and then 25 more min ride to museum. For 45 dollars in Ubers to pick up a ticket I should have been able to get on my phone or at the museum itself”

“The stadium tour was free and easy. It gave us an opportunity to explore the exhibits, various rooms and the stadium at our own pace. The photo shoot at 10 Euro was also a plus to the tour.”

“The experience was great! However, I booked my tickets via the Viator website a week prior to my trip, and when I tried to download my tickets, they would not download. I spent half an hour trying to gain access to my tickets. I had to buy tickets again at the stadium. They were actually cheaper at the stadium too. Viator refused to give me a refund despite it being their fault for making it so difficult to gain access to your purchased tickets. I downloaded the app, tried to do it via a browser etc. I didn’t even get to scan the tickets I purchased from Viator, so these…”

“We were fortunate to be the only people on the tour so we had Elena's full attention. She was very friendly, and had a good knowledge of the club's history and notable personalities. Her enthusiasm for the club shone through clearly. She wasn't deterred by her small group or freezing temperature. We saw the dressing rooms, pitch, grandstand and extensive museum. An excellent excursion for football fans and their supporters.”

“We booked 3 tickets for tour in the morning but there was no tour in the morning, they didn’t inform us. So had to go back in afternoon, but only 2 could go, so lost 1 ticket. Try to contact but no response. So wondering if they gonne pay me back.”

“Le stade olympique est bien, mais on sent que ce n’est pas le vrai stade du betis. On ne sent pas l’âme, le stade est juste décoré aux couleurs du club. Concernant la visite on vous montre la pièce en disant à quoi elle correspond, vous prenez votre photo et vous enchaînez sur la suite. Si vous cherchez des émotions pendant la visite, vous n’en vivrez pas comme vous l’imaginez. Cela dit le stade reste impressionnant. Mais la visite dure à peine 30min. Dommage ! Soyez patient pour la rénovation de leur vrai stade ;)”
