By the time the last member of the group has entered the room, the guide has moved on to another room. At times guests are wandering through rooms not knowing what to view. Either smaller groups needed or guide must stop and repeat explanation to other members of the group. Although this was posted as a 2:00 pm group, did not reach Palace until 2:15 pm. Palace was closing at 4:00pm, guide had to deal with guests…”
